I prefer the shiny top but I can see where in some designs the matte would work best. I’m loving the rocky edge with colors you used. 😍

Oh, these are SO COOL, Petra! 💕👍 I would *never* have thought to use pistachio with dark brown, but they turned out *STUNNING!* 😍 LOVE the mold and the colors! Designed for eco-pours, eh? Oh, those would look great! I love the matte finish, but didn't expect such an increase in depth on the top coated one. Wow! These would make great artwork display stands, among other things.

Yes it is mainly designed for Eco pours such as Jesmonite, Aquacast etc ... I want to pour the Crushed Ice / Larimar Effect in this one and dome one afterwards to see the difference. ❤️

They are both quite pretty and I cannot choose between the matt and shiny finish Petra. Take a look at the area of the heavy black on both coasters and see if it happened in the same area of both, it may be something to do with the shape of that area of the mold?

Yes I believe it too because of the uneven rock edges. This old is mainly designed for eco pours. However, I think it is excellent that a top coat would work so you practically do not have to worry about scratches in your mold ... does it makes sense what I am just writing? 🫣❤️

Hi Barbara, when I am doing the videos I am not wearing the mask but my room is good ventilated. When I am working with resin without filming I am always wearing a mask. General I am recommending wearing a mask when working with resin. ❤️

I have one more question. I purchased the demurring tool that you recommended, but I am confused by it. Is the blade suppose to swing around in the handle? I pull down the little collar to insert the blade, but then it just swings around, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to tighten it up. So sorry for all the questions. Any help would be appreciated.
