Vertical text in a text box is nice for use in a Hoshin Kanri matrix, in case you need a good reason to know this.

Yeah Microsoft Access really isn't an image processing program so it doesn't have the native ability to rotate images or even edit images but you can use third party utilities to manipulate them from Access. See: 599cd.com/ResizeImages
