I always loved and wanted to wake up early, I tried but I always give up after 1 or 2 days. Watching your videos gives me a sense of peace and calm, it’s comforting, there is this new boost in me to wake up early and enjoy my quiet time which is difficult during the day. your videos bring such a comforting atmosphere. your editing skills are truly amazing. it feels like i'm watching a movie rather than an youtube vlog, and i absolutely love this. i never thought about having a reason to wake up early, i just wanted to do because i believed this was what healthy people did. but this got me thinking that having clear motives will help me put the effort to do it without thing it is a sacrifice, so thank you for your kind words on this video even if i'm watching it seven months later haha

I've been watching your videos for over 2 months now and I'm so so glad that i came across your channel❤... I'm a student rn and for the past few months I've been trying to wake up early to exercise (as I've gained a lot of weight sitting at home) and to study... I saw a lot of videos before but it didn't had a much of a much of impact on me but your videos did💕. I wake up every day about 5am. That is dawn here in Costa Rica every day of the year. I look forward to the cool mornings and hot delicious homegrown coffee. Your view in the early morning is gorgeous. Mine is my courtyard with my husband's flowers everywhere, and the song of the sea not far away. Thanks you for your lovely vlogs. So pretty and calming.

Thank you! 😳 My daily routine involves using a cleanser and moisturizer. I make an effort to use a treatment lotion and serum when I remember, and I also apply a hydrating mask and exfoliate once a week. For brands, I have been using SKII for a while, but I’ve recently discovered Cetaphil, which has very affordable skincare with safe ingredients that are very suitable for sensitive skin 😊🧡

The video is nice and smooth and relaxing also , but i have 1 point of all this , what is the use of all those nice quiet , active wake up routine and this bread making sandwitch and looking at this beautiful day , without a real goal in my life or more than one ?
