Great run! My first time beating 5BSC with a tactics build was with the Sonic Carbine. Would love to see some High Peak Castle content from you tho. One OP build I did recently was on Brutality, but it's quite risky, and it requires Wish. Mutations: Wish, Vengeance, anything else (Disengagement is a lifesaver) Weapons: Legendary Symmetrical Lance, any shield but preferably Frontline Shield. Skills: Face Flask, Corrupted Power. It's basically a legendary cursed sword but way more forgiving, and you're guaranteed to see the damage cap on all bosses. Even an IV Lance can carry you till the end of the run. Also the shield-break effect on the lance can trivialize some biomes where enemies have force shields. My first time hitless-ing the spoiler boss was with this build.

Gastro/necro Brutality OP Build Weapons: Panchaku, any shield you like Skills: Sinew, Cleaver Mutations: Open Wounds, Melee, Combo

At 45:07, how did you recover your HP so quickly?

Because i hit him immediatly when i got hit so that is why i got a lot of health back instantly.

There is a secret mechanic (by secret, I mean not mentioned at all ingame) called recovery, even you're hit, an orange bar appears where your health was all the way to how much it is after you git hit, and the orange bar starts to deplete rather rapidly, in that time frame any damage you deal will recover some of that health back, there is also a mutation called recovery which makes the orange bar deplete much slower than normal
