A majestic bungalow built over four ropani four anas of land, a breathtaking garden surrounds the double entrance to the property, followed by a servant's quarter, to the long winding archway to the main door, entering the house adorned with beautiful antique furniture of yesteryears, the toilets in pristine condition the upper floor with another well-stocked old antique furniture, and the beautiful bedrooms my so wonderful and the expansive garden for the dogs to run and wonder about, a dream house in the heights of Budhanilkantha, would love to occupy this beautiful house, someday, if I may but then there's always to say I viewed a dream house, like Fulbari Hotel of Pokhara. At 5:30 some canvas or oil painting can be seen which could be owner’s parents. Because the man in canvas was wearing Dhaka topi we can easily say that it is not the house of Tibetan. Tibetan who live in Nepal very rarely wear Dhaka topi. And if you will skip the video at 7:50 you can see the art painting of some Hindu style which I think is some Hindu character (I think it’s of meera or Radha) so it is not Tibetan’s house. And there is not even a slightest reason that can proof its Tibetan house. It could be Newar’s house because if you will see the canvas of old man and the woman they look like Newar.

Looking at the video, it looks like 4 to 5 Ropani ko Jagga. Let's suppose 5 Ropani, so 5 Ropani = 5 x 16 Anna = 80 Anna. Let's put the Valuation 25 lakh per Anna. 80 x 25 = 200,000,000 (20 crore ) + Lets suppose 1 crore for house. Total cost is 21 crore which is around 2.1 million dollar. I might be totally off but lets say between 20-30 Crore. Not bad. Let me know 'Nepal Bhoomi', Am I close or totally off ?
