In all honesty hindi maganda yung model unit. Yung 4 rooms sa 2nd floor mag share sa isang bathroom. Pero in fairness maganda yung place. To future homeowners here, LOT na lng bilhin nyo tapos kayo na magpa gawa ng bahay. Anyway, may improvement na finally sa pag video. I guess nag hire ka na ng legit videographer. Right now, The Villages at lipa is on the development phase but the actual turnover will not differe with the model house seen in the video. Same paint, tiles and windows will be used in the turnover unit.

I don’t like lipa housing they build the house not complete your the one to build the rest I don’t understand my 2 sister both the house in lipa is so funny she spend another million to build the rest if you buy the developer in Manila and rival they complete I am just saying and the traffic is super bad if you walk from your village 20 minutes if you drive 3 hours in traffic worse than Manila traffic location is nice traffic is bad
