At 15:13, considering delta-k=0 (i.e. no CFO), the 2nd term (i.e. the n != l part) still exists. It seems ICI cannot be affiliated to CFO, is this understanding correct?

have you tried solving the summation terms after considering delta-k = 0 ?

@@curiousbeing8585 Not yet. Perhaps my math is suck, my glance is that the double summation seems to exist still when delta-k = 0.
