This investigion was conducted by US Government's FBI's Financial wing and they submitted case into Newyork district magistrate, they found out that financial crime is clearly visible without any doubt.Then they asked Attorney General in Newyork to proceed the case, the 54 page investigation report is in US attorney general's website. People are crying saying that it is against India, there is nothing against India it is a case against an individual who tries and tries to bribe people for his financial gains. I don't think Modi or Trump can save him since the district magistrate and attorney general is involved in this case.
