Darci Dodds ..It helps build stamina. So they don't get out of breath on stage. All singers do tons of gym work when prepping for a tour

Darci Dodds I think because he had his wisdom teeth pulled out that day I’ve never had that done before so I’m not sure painful it is but I’ve heard it’s not pleasant ☹️😉
