By this point, all the don't starve characters have found a way out. -Wilson is now a sad scientist again. -Willow probably lives with him. -Wendy and Webber are roughly 13-14 years older and are probably married with kids. -Maxwell and Charlie are probably as old as Wickerbottom was at the start. -Wolfgang is Wolfgang. -Wes and Wigfrid are out of character. -Woodie is now an axe with Lucy. -WX is deactivated in a basement somewhere. -Walani is still a slacker. -Warly is probably a chef. -Wilbur and Woodlegs own a sea cartel in some remote area of Africa. All the while Wickerbottom is spending her retirement in an island she's bent to her will.

Turtle Nationz Hey don't lose hope, I now can survive easily through winter, which means so can you :) Just make a Winter Hat (it's easier than the Beefalo Hat since you don't have to kill the beefalo, just shave them while they're sleeping) and a Thermal Stone. Put the Thermal Stone in your backpack once it gets cold, or else it causes you to freeze faster instead of warming you. When you're freezing, throw 1 grass or twig on the ground (careful not to drop all of it) and light it with a torch, it will warm you up. Repeat that until you can get back to base or make a campfire :)

LulzRoyce Yeah, you saw the pig king, right? Trinkets are renewable via tumbleweeds and giving them to the pig king makes him throw out gold, hence the circle of gold around the pig king. You can get lots and lots of gold in not much time with this, so think about having the opportunity to do this over 5000 days! Don't assume someone is cheating just because what they've done is unbelievable. If it falls within the rules of the game, then anybody can do it with enough time and effort

Once you get the hang of fighting him it will become very easy. Once you hear him run away from camp (at least 20 tiles) makes sure you have a fire prebuild place it add some more fuel so you have a big fire wear a helmet and fight him around the fire. After an attack you run in do two hits run out let him do his attack run in rinse an repeat. Might help with the kiting if you have more wood and grass in you inventory so you can build a 2nd fire.

Wind1991 Yeah. Kiting is a must skill in dont starve. Tanking is a terrible idea unless you are wigfrid but it is still only viable for small prey like a few spiders.

its visual bug that thing has been smoking for a long time =) but the whole point of lure plants is that during summer they are the things that burn rather than my objects. They take dmg but dont turn to ash the first time they burn.
