Hi Everyone! This is the 4-week training update. I keep plugging along despite some minor set backs. Hopefully, you enjoy this update. Thank you to everyone who has reached out and shown their love and support for what I'm doing. I really do appreciate it and it seriously helps keep me motivated.

With the exception of the cold, it seems like you are really making a lot of progress with your running! Keep pushing! The consistency in your training will bring many gains in your fitness!
