Yes. This phenomenal achievement running 5k under 20mins is not a joke. That too with 85kg wait. Not sure how much effort he must have put in preparation!

Bahut badhiya vai.. ekadam Sathik running 🏃‍♂️👌👍❤ 85 k.g wait lekar 17.55 pe running complete karna koi asan kam nahi hain .. dil khus hogeya akdam .. love from West bengal ❤ main 75 k.g ka hu or mera timing 22.15 hain

If you have any academy near by you then go and join or if not then follow 5km Schedule kzbin.info/www/bejne/b5TRlYxmjtuNbbs Before following the schedule as you are begginer you have to start running slowly for longer distances almost 15 days then follow the schedule.

distance aap bike ki metre se bhi dikha sakte thy, magar dikhaya nahi, aapko itna to pata hoga ki saare youtubers bike ki metre dikhate hai 5 km complete karne k liye, aap shayad nhi complete nhi kiye hai 5 km

Bhai I can't maintain my speed of 4.30min per 1km. I can run 5k in 25mins i.e 5min per 1km. My goal is to run 5k in 24mins for GD.

Bhai mai phle Boxing karta tha 2018-2020 phir Running Kari 2021 mai and 2022 mai gap diya phir 2022 ke end mai Kari 3 -4 months abhi uske baad se physical nhi Kiya hai

Bhai 10 ko mera physical hai apka workout follow kar rha timing bhi acchi h approx 22.35 hai but kabhi kabhi running time mere pet ke right side me dard hone lgta h isi karan last baar SSC GD me fail ho gya tha core workout bhi kar rha 3 times in a week. Kya reason ho skta h bahut tension me hu last bharti h😭😭
