Salam Amir bhai, I am a big fan of you channel and learnt a lot from you. During my own research, I came across a concern. In your videos(even where you installed 8KW systems) you used 7/44 wire for all the wiring including for input and output from Inverter. The current rating of 7/44 wire is around 30A to 34A. A 8.2KW inverter under full load can draw more than 35A current. Now for the safe margin we suppose to use 7/52 wire, which is quite expensive and has current rating of 56A. Not only you even some installers used 7/36 wire which causes a lot of issues later during peak load. How do you justify this usage of low current rating wire? Will also really appreciate if you can make a video about wiring correction for common old houses before installation of solar system and also which wires should be used where.

Amir sb, just a bit of info - this inverter has two MPPT controllers. Each has capacity of 4500W. In this particular installation, you should have designed two strings with 5 panels each. And right now as per specs you have overloaded one of the two MPPT controller by put 5750w on single MPPT. PV9000 means 4500 panel per MPPT. Nothing major will happen but still not "good installation". I wish solarmax would make these information more public.

Kya ye chalye gy, Desktop Dell PC, 7 LEDs Bulb (18 watts each), 3x ceiling fans, 1x Haeir washing machine not daily just once in a week, 1x iron only 15 minutes daily, 1x switch ports to charge the mobles etc???? - Best IP65 Solar Inverter 6-7 kva?? We want to replace fronus pv 7200. Every week i have to clean it. Otherwise 02 temperature error occurs. It will give error at 45°C . If i clean it it can go 49°C without error. I am getting max 4700watts from 12 panel 545 in islamabad. How less is it? I know it is probably due to Water tank shadow near solar panel. - Fronus pv 7200 starts heating up if watts goes above 3,000. - 2-3 amp are loss if battery is on during reverse metering. - if watts produce is 1,000w at7am and load is 500w. Reverse metering doesn't work.
