5 million! Compare this to the ready-for-occupancy house selling for 12 to 16 million in a subdivision. Very cramp looking at their sample unit with furnitures. Look at the spacious area of the living room with the kitchen on this house. This is what you call a HOUSE! Yung pinag bibile sa subdivision dormitory size. ang male lang dito yung banyo walang separation.

Oh my! This house is so beautiful! I love the color white and gray and the wood accents, the wooden floating panels on the walls, the wooden ceilings at the center, as well as the floor on the second floor. I love the separate kitchen outside, especially when you're cooking smelly foods like tuyo, fried fish, etc. Lol. What I love the most is the wide space in the front yard. The bathrooms are beautiful also, the same colour as my landlord's bathroom in their house here in Toronto. However, I have an issue with the bathroom, my only suggestion is there should be a divider or a sliding glass panel partition between the shower area and the sink & toilet bowl most especially on the floor. You don't want the whole washroom to be wet while showering.

the price might not be accurant but the owner is very honest when it comes to to sq meters because it is only 230 sq meters which is accurate because you’re not supposed to count the balcony or the garage … the other Realtors that show Philippine houses on youtube exaggerate on the square same house they would say it is 400 m²
