Nice but why is the laundry area outside? I’d rather have a grill there instead. And cleverly stack the washer and dryer in the house somewhere. Also, provide the latest solar panel on the roof and make a smart home if it isn’t already, all for less than $30,000 and watch it sell like hot cake!

Yea, i want to put the laundry in a separate area, cause here in my country, it's common to put it outside of the house so it will be easy to hang the clothes outside.. but your suggestion is a clever idea.

Yes Mark, this design is most common in tropical countries and we don't use it often, so I did not reflect those mechanical things.. But of course if the client required it, then it will be reflected.
