Wrong, any footballer who possesses these kind of skills always presents a threat to any defender. Defenders hate this type of players and will usually cause a foul, thus creating a set piece and a chance of goal. It's common logic, whoever says these kind of tricks don't come in handy in an actual match don't know wtf they're talking about.

I've never denied football is not a team sport, it is the fundamental of the sport. It is also common logic that the more extended the set of skills each member of your team has the more chances your team has to effect damage. His passing is a bit rough at times but he's still has loads of room to improve.

When he said 'it's the best thing ever' about joining Utd I felt a bit sorry for him. He really didn't play well while he was at Utd, but then again he came in at a terrible time and there's a decent argument to be made that he wasn't given enough of a chance. He's so quiet and uncomfortable in this interview it makes you wonder if that probably didn't help him either. Seems like a nice guy.
