1tab sp sounf 3 badyan phool 12 cloves 8 green ilaichi 2 pieces cinnamon dry roast half cup green tea leaves also mix and dry roast. cool down and grind in mixi. chalnay main chaan lain powder ko . Throw course particles. add half cup sugar 1 and half tab sp milk powder. 2 pinch salt 1 /4th tea sp red color or beet powder. grind in mixie. and put in freezer it will be good for month. boil half lit milk and add 2 tab sp chai masala. mix and give 5 or 10 uchal of milk for 5 min.

The recipe looks really good but unfortunately the red colour is quite carcinogenic so I suggest using dried beetroot powder which is natural & also gives a beautiful pink colour.
