Why I started charging for a paid diagnostic review

Oh man, I feel this. I just started charging for this too. I started charging for a video review, they get a protected link to an unlisted Vimeo video. Once it's viewed, we have a quick 15 min recap and then it's locked again until they onboard.

What a great idea. A video review is a great way to present your findings to your client.

I have a small home based business and i enjoy doing my own books, as long as I dont fall behind lol. I have the qbo and ebay integrator but qbo isnt subtracting the inventory when i have an ebay sale. Qbo told me i would need to do an inventory adjustment. Does that look bad on my books though? Thanks for all your great content.

If you're selling on Ebay, you do not want to use inventory items in QBO. It's not designed to work with e-commerce inventory. Take a look at this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/gJeTe5l6lsZ_pqc

I never integrate 3rd part portals/POS with QBO. I do all the inventory mgmt in the third party and make journal entries to account for sales activities
