Wrong practice by service guy! As per hero guidline it's mandatory to clean centrifugal and oil filter whenever you change engine oil. And also they changed engine oil with 1.2L pack but in Xpulse 4v need 1.35L pack engine oil. I suggest you top-up engine oil by 150ml in bike.
