Sequence of what's left in the deck, starting with all 20 cards in the deck: For 1st card; T = Truth cards, L = Lie cards: 8T/12L > 7T/12L> 7T/11L > 7T/10L > 7T/9L > 7T/8L > 7T/7L > 7T/6L > 7T/5L > 7T/4L ( > 7T/3L). So the odds for the 9 remaining cards not dropping a Truth card are: (12/19) * (11/18) * (10/17) * (9/16) * (8/15) * (7/14) * (6/13) * (5/12) * (4/11) = ~0,0024. Which translates to ~0,24%. Dividing 1 by the exact value (0,0023815...etc) gives a 1 in 419,9 chance. Let's round that off and say it's a 1:420 chance. For 5th card it's slightly lower because the first 4 cards have a slightly higher chance to draw a Truth card than in the previous case (which correlates with a lower chance of drawing a Lie card). But I don't feel like doing any more of the math. I'll at least give the sequence if anyone wants to try for themselves: 8T/12L > 8T/11L > 8T/10L > 8T/9L > 8T/8L > 7T/8L > 7T/7L > 7T/6L > 7T/5L > 7T/4L ( > 7T/3L)

I find 12:49 loses all the fun since the rules change, the dead player should still get 5 dice so the RNG is still the same. From a monopoly state of mind it's easier to calculate since going from 20 to 15 to 10 dice is an awful lot of rethinking on the amount of numbers that could roll.

Hey five up tip for liars bar: when you get 2 / 3 of the cards in the table, you can throw out the other cards not in the table as a lie, then you are safe as you cant play another lie again. Then after 1 2 times of this you can do the opposite (put the good cards first) to bait your friends to call you out in fear
