Hello, glad to see your video.... If I may, I would like to ask a question: you provide negative power to the pin IN. I always thought that a positive connection usually is applied to that pin, (I prefer to use the concept, better said the fact the current flow from negative to positive) I have been trying to use a radar little board called HLK-LD2420c, but without any luck. Your video call my attention cause the "output pin" in the radar board I assumed that is a positive pin, but no matter what I did I couldn't make it work. I want to control a light bulb and I am using a 5v relay board as the one you are using. Now that I see your video make me think I am doing something wrong here. Will be too much to ask if could explain is it always has to be a negative connection to the IN pin? Thank you before hand for any thoughts that could explain what am I doing wrong. Good day

at the IN pin we will connect only GND because the relay is getting positive supply internally so if we give it negative then the relay will turn on.. thanks for watching..

@@onlineelectricwork hello, thanks for your reply. I'm wondering how I can accomplish this, sending a negative signal to to IN pin on the relay board. Usually here in the USA when the talk about output the referred to a positive signal (the accept that current flow from positive to negative) . If the radar board is sending a positive signal, that will answer the problems I'm having with it. Could you recommend a way to accomplish this. The radar board it supposed to turn a light when it detect movement . How I can inject a negative signal and at the same time control the ligh? Terrible sorry for my inexperienced knowledge. Hope you can help.... Thank you

See specifications of the Songle Relay module used in the circuit here: * 10 A Relay * Active Low (Pull to GND) The relay is active when the control signal is pulled low. If control is left to float or at Vcc voltage, the relay is inactive.

Do you have an example for a module for small sensors with 5v? This module is really big

@@onlineelectricwork it seems when wiring the relay do you put positive line power to the common? I am using 120v light how I did it last time was I wired the hot to NO and the switched end to the Comm did I do it wrong? What is the correct way?

Watch the video carefully and do the wiring as shown in the video. This relay will work.
