It's my family's tradition to visit their buffet on New Year's Day. So that's why we revisited in Dec 2019 for their Christmas Eve lunch buffet when we visited HK. The experience was a bit lackluster. But now it seems like their dinner buffet has an extensive offering... so we will give this a try when we visit HK next time!
多謝你的分享。睇吓都好開心,不過如果可以試吓用好傳統好傳統嘅中餐或者西餐大餐食法可能會感覺更好。即係呢喺食一兩個頭盤,食一個甜品,跟住食到主菜,例如牛扒之後食一個比較酸小小嘅甜品。卡啦卡啦咁嚟食我諗就唔會話有一面倒食到尾甜品食到冇乜特別嘅感覺。something like midway surprise ☺️
慶幸香港尚有高檔酒店港人feel嘅喜愛食法及材料okay 嘅buffet! 不是最high class, 但亦不錯,高級大衆化食材,被價錢所限,for middle high class 人仕

好感恩馬田講出食buffet唔係單單好general咁睇有咩cp值高嘅菜式 有時有地方就算用一流食材遇著三流師傅最後都係下流水準 更甚係好多唔識扮識嘅胡亂評價 然後就影響其他人去試嘅意欲 最後雪糕環節想問問馬田有冇食過movenpick嘅swiss chocolate, maple walnut, lemon n lime sorbet同mango n passion fruit sorbet 食完可能可以幫你recall返當晚嘅美好記憶😂
