24:27 I mean in most Gacha games(Genshin, Honkai, DBL and so on) there will always be a powercreep, to both keep the game fresh and to implement something new. DBL does powercreep so bad, it's basically every other month they release a new unit that powercreeped the previous NR.1 unit and still goes like that Some Gacha games know how to make it as that every unit/character is still okay to use and somewhat viable even if they are old. DBL is straight cash grab on every new ULTRA. I wouldn't be surprised if the next ULTRA will completely powercreep ULTRA SSJ4 Gogeta. Legends always has been like this, there was never a balance. Old units tend to end up as benches which is sad cause those said units where top 1-10 a few months ago.
