Is it possible to see how you wired your THC for your table from your plasma cutter to the control box? I have a 4x4 Premier Plasma table and could never get it to work properly?

@@eggowaffels52_59 I keep mine off all the time. It is very confusing and I have learned it is not needed for my usage.

I bought a premier plasma table and set it up but every time I turn the hypotherm on the torch fires. Did you have that problem as well?

Yes, I contacted the company and they said it just does that on start up. I have learned to keep the torch off until I get Mach 3 open and then turn on my hypertherm. This makes it where there is no torch lit until you are ready to start cutting.

I just got my priemer table a couple weeks ago. I bought it second hand. If i can ask you a couple question please. The ips on your cut and thc volts. What are you setting that at? Are you cutting 14ga? Thank you for any help you can provide.

@@michaelsfabwork2985 use this website to do your cutting speed: xnet.hypertherm.com/Xnet/library/download/?file=HYP189352 I usually drop the cutting speed by %40 and you get less dross. For the THC I keep it turned off because it’s only needed if you’re cutting warped metal. Plus it’s kind of confusing to learn how to use it. And it always needs to be adjusted.

Thank you very much I will check it out. I agree on the thc controller. Do you turn it off in mach3 ? Mine is mounted on the black box like yours.

@@michaelsfabwork2985 I turned it off on the box, but you can also turn it off on Mach 3.

I dont know who the table manufacturer is but it a shame they didnt have a cat track for the gantry included with the table. Looks like you got some good cuts out of it.

Yes, I am very pleased with it so far. I knew upon buying it that it would not have the cable chain on the side, but I was very happy with the customer service from Premier Plasma. That’s why I went with this table.
