Hi! Can you create a sample for 10x15 lot with the following details please: 😊 1. Ground floor will be split in half. Left half for my parents (having 5 rooms, 1-2 bathrooms, common kitchen and living room. No second floor since mostly are seniors) you can extend this to 80sq.m… or what should you recommend? 😅 (i have no idea floor planning 😥) 2. Other half of the ground floor will be for me (and family), contains garage, living room, kitchen and back door and space for laundry area. 2nd floor will be fully utilize for master’s bedroom, 1bedroon for child and 1 guest room and work station. 3. Planning also to have a third floor - open deck for relaxing space or garden style. Hoooope yooou could help me to have a good house design pleasee. Thank you!!
