Just Amazing! Very attractive exterior design, a very nice combination of colours and materials for a very comfortable ground floor while very efficiently furnishing the 2nd floor for one of the smallest but still fully functional 3 bedroom houses I have ever seen. Kudos!

I love the decor and lighting choices in this home, as well as the mostly efficient use of the compact space. The kitchen is beautiful, and provides lots of counter space, but the decorating choice means there isn't enough storage and there is no pantry. Not good for the family of five living in this home. The kitchen stools should probably be on the other side of the counter since, as it is, they are in the way of food prep, serving, and their location prevents cabinets with easy access for storage. The bathrooms make very good use of space, but the door will swing in and hit the counter, damaging one or both. The space would be better served with an outward swinging door, french doors, or bi-fold doors. I like that the bedrooms all line one side of the house, meaning the house could be built with them on either the east or west side and they will all maintain similar temperatures to each other throughout the day.

Also, it's always best to work a "mech room" for water heater and breakers into the design early so it fits in with the flow of your design, rather than having to do it ad hoc and break the lines or aesthetic of your initial work. Two uncommon things left off of modern home design are mech rooms and an area near the front door to hang outerwear.

Amazing bro. Your designs are incredible. I have a land of 17.5*64 foot. I want a plan with setbacks or some pedestal area around the house might be of 2.5 to 3foot on each side. So the construction area left is only 12 foot. So pls 🙏 can u make a plan for me.

The height of the garage is 2.40 m because here a lot of height is not necessary for the cars, but the internal heights are 2.60 m, in Germany where I live this is a standard average. Just below that element (inside) where those lines are, which is gray and protrudes from the ceiling, are the stairscasa located and I made it this high to give more importance to the stairs from the outside, seeing the house from the outside you can already notice that this gray element is larger and more vertical than the rest of the house, which indicates that something important is happening there.
