His legs load inward putting a lot of pressure on his knees.
@justmeyou8684 жыл бұрын
richard seymore it’s different when it happens naturally vs forced which idk who would force their legs like that
@CharlieCumberlidge4 жыл бұрын
if you study the bio mechanics of this motion it shows that the pressure on the knee only occurs when that same persons toes are pointed in an opposing position forcing and inward rotation however without this it has no negative effect

He changes his shot when shooting a pull up 3 to a midrange. He jumps higher and pauses on the midrange. Is this a good technique?
@grizzly69254 жыл бұрын
Your meant to have to different shots one for 3s and one for midranges
@eugenebarretto56864 жыл бұрын
@@grizzly6925 well I was taught to have the same shot all the time from close to long range

You’re right idk what everyone else talking about
@mikeb84434 жыл бұрын
You want the same shot no matter the range. You may have to alter the release timing due to defense. Still, if your shot mechanically changes from 3p to midrange scouts will IMMEDIATELY list as an inconsistent shooter.

Cold player but dude looks depressed. I get the vibe that he's working out knowing he still won't get any PT. Been there before, but I def could be incorrect, but it's just the vibe I'm getting. All love

He don't seem depressed, don't really know what you expect him to do/say, considering he is working out by himself. Maybe he is just a quiet guy?

his eating patterns arent right. Im basing this off of this episode and the other ones where he went to a grocery store. Small junk food snacks without protein to recover. His muscles arent on par with college physicallity. He'll improve alot more if he grows his upper body and legss
@guitrytv71344 жыл бұрын
that grocery shopping was not his regular food, those were just his snacks. he has full healthy meals that are given to him
