How did you copy the text in all the squares at once? Thanks for all your videos, they are extremely helpful.

You can "redo last action" via F4, Ctrl + Y or hitting the "Redo" button on the ribbon. So you can select a box and type "Text". Then select a bunch of other boxes and press F4 to redo that text-typing. I think this video is secretly all about hitting F4! :)
