Taranza's duel with Morpho Knight at the Divine Terminus' altar was one of the most impactful moments in the franchise, canon or not. According to his description in Guest Star, his purpose for approaching the Divine Terminus in the first place was to reach the altar and find a way to bring Sectonia back. Though in his heart he knows the outcome, his determination and devotion carry him through the trials of both Popstar and the planets beyond. Bringing him to the battle with Hyness, he bests the priest. And he is met with the visage of death, as his reward. In any lesser man's case, despair would set in. A failure to return the beloved back to life led to the summoning of the Knight of Hades, who now wanted him dead. Most would resign themselves to dying alone, to perhaps join their paramour in the afterlife. But... Taranza doesn't. Because the beautiful thing is, all along the way, he's gained friends who've helped him towards this goal, some possibly even being important, recurring characters like Magolor. Taranza, upon seeing Morpho Knight, doesn't turn to his own sorrows. Steeling himself like he did to deliver that miracle fruit to Kirby, he chooses to fight for his life, instead of joining his love in death. Proof that, finally, Taranza has begun to move on from the pain of his loss. Perhaps that "Old Friend" mask wasn't a cruel joke. Perhaps it was a way to remember Sectonia as she once was, rather than as the monster she'd become. A way to cling onto those happy memories, while pushing on to make new ones.

i dont think that will happen. in rtdl, magolor soul's fight doesnt have a theme, uses the same as normal magolor (CROWNED). Instead, soul of sectonia has her own theme (Soul of Sectonia) rather than using the normal fight's ost instead (Sectonia vs Hypernova).

​@@dokimawimi They mean their True Arena versions. Magolor Soul was revamped in KRtDLDX's True Arena, with O-V-E-R-L-O-R-D being his True Arena battle theme. As the comment says, following that logic, Soul of Sectonia in the Triple Deluxe remake will most likely have this (Phantom of the Moon's Spirit) as her battle theme.

I reccomend you play now in this order: nightmare in dreamland, super star ultra, return to dreamland/adventure wii, planet robobot for last star allies (you can skip the dark matter trilogy, just remember the charcters and lore) and if you want to understand the mirror world and dark meta knight amazing mirror after super star ultra.

Taranza only saw the mirror he gave Sectonia, and the effect it had on her. Dark Meta Knight only ever revealed himself during the non-canon Dededetour. Taranza never actually saw Dark Meta Knight in canon.

At first I kind of overlooked this theme, mostly because I just preferred the original versions of queen sectonia's music. But over time I've grown to adore this song for how unique it is. The way it masterfully combines multiple themes to create a satisfying melody that resolves in a great way. The sheer amount of instruments used is impressive for how not-cluttered it sounds. Although I still may not prefer it over the original versions, this has honestly become my favorite out of all of morpho knight's remixes.

ok i have a funny story So when this mode first came out, a friend told me there is a song that’s all three of Sectonia’s themes playing at once. However, it had no uploads on the internet So I played all three of her battle themes at once, asked again for confirmation, and I think I got a yes For a couple days, i listened to that. Fascinated. But also confused. I could not figure out how the track would loop yeah a couple days later I got sent the actual song and I felt immensely stupid but now I just.
