This video was so informative. I have been low in vitamin D for over 15 years. The highest my levels got was a 27. I do eat meat. In the last couple of years I took vitamin D with K2 and my last check up my vitamin D was 77!!!

Love your knowledge and advice April. Been a follower for a long time. Question. Im slowly cutting down on my alcohol. I need to quit. 63 yr old. Fatty liver, COPD, NHL fought 3x, .. anyways. I have trouble sleeping. Anxiety dreams. I park my car and "looking" all.night. long. To find my car. Or im detangling a chain..all.night.long. during day im fine. I just came across mimosa trees. I harvested the blooms,( inch worms love them), and some bark to dehydrate. Is it just the outter bark that is used? Any benefits to chewing on inner bark as i cut outter, or is that too much?
@sheisofthewoods4 ай бұрын
I don't have a ton of knowledge on mimosa bark wise just because she doesn't grow here but I know the blooms themselves are fantastic as a tea for nervous system regulation. Also, make sure you're eating a ton of whole food carbohydrates like fruits/roots because without drinking you're cutting back on carbs and you will crave alcohol more because that's the carbs I knows to ask for💚 Oh, also, all thing's B12 since drinking depletes it rapidly ☺️

April I was wondering if we could come up with a salve for the chronic UTI? At 71 years old here still at it since 2019, what am I missing I need help. I do raise herbs and use them all the time and I make tinctures and drink the UTI TEAS I'm at my wits end here and need help to figure this out. Let me tell you when you younger ladies get to be in your late 50s and it hits it is not fun. 1000s are crying out I know I keep asking so sorry I need help as many do and I feel it is going to be the herbalist who figure it out. The medical field is into managing not healing in so many sickness's. So what about an herbal salve that will not go through our liver and stay in the vagenal area.
