Just a heads up everyone - It's come to my attention that the drawing I made of DNA replication is mislabeled, so starting at around 10:16, I believe I have the 5' and 3' ends of the DNA strands mislabeled. The picture at 12:45 is more accurate when it comes to the orientation of the template strands and the newly synthesized ones. I might re-make this part of the video if I have to!

Thank you so much for this video. I'm currently self studying for the AP Biology Exam because the course isn't offered at our school. However, watching your videos makes me feel as if I am still being guided by a teacher through this stressful adventure! 😄Thank you so much for these videos!

Hey! Just double check your model, your primes are mismatched :)

Oh wow you're right. The primes on the template strands should be the other way around. Good catch!

Hi, these videos really help but is there any other way to practice and memorize everything? my unit 6 test is on thursday and my teacher always assigns us a butt load of homework and is super vague when teaching so I never understand what she's talking about

I am a firm believer in self-assessment! Actually practicing and engaging with the material rather than just trying to read and memorize it is how learning actually occurs. I like to think that my videos do help but they're not going to help you learn without practicing. quizlet.com/class/11069742/ here's all of my Quizlet sets
