Brad Deserve Jail because I remember one time Jack has second thoughts of Locking Gigi/Stacy in the dark basement and stop picking and bullying Shane but yet when Jack to try stop this before it get too late there was Brad encouraging this bullying line and coming with sick and twisted idea evil ideas.
