the command "no int port-channel (group id) " fixes the problem that the S3 its configured on Pagp

I just removed channel group 1 from both switches and added them back one at a time and it stuck with LACP.. I think the issue is that one switch is autonegotiating pagp so both of them stays

Great thanks per Cisco "Just removing the “channel-group” command under the interface will not remove the virtual port-channel interface. You have to issue the “no interface port-channel X” command in global config order to remove the port-channel interface."

so you know how we are following directions for this and checking each interface to see if it's trunking? but the ultimate goal is to have them all trunking so on s2 we give the interface range command for a bunch of ethernet / gig connections to all be trunking - so my question is, in the real world to save time, since we know we want all the devices to be trunking, can we just skip the checks and issue the range command right off the bat to get them all in trunking mode? it seems like a huge time saver for the real world.
