I’ve started journaling approximately three sentences every morning, instead of going on my phone, and I swear it made my life more intentional and productive.

@ I don’t really create prompts but I either write about my thoughts, today’s dream, things I’ll maybe do today or just “good morning”. I also create sloppy todo lists sometimes so that I can feel accomplished when I check it at night!

Have you tried a regular kefir? I think it tastes a lot better (I can drink 0,5L of kefir in one sitting 😋). Maybe it’s because I am Russian and kefir is like our traditional food… It is common here to have a glass of kefir with a side of sweet pastry after lunch before dinner time. Maybe you would like to try this combo I swear it’s amazing!
