yes i journal for real LOL. i use the 5 minute journal because it is a quick few questions that I find very easy to fit into my morning and night routine! don't get me wrong, there are days that I forget and don't journal. but for the most part, i try to do it every morning and night :)

How do you stop your dog from barking for more table food every time you eat at the table any tips?

I’m not a morning person either. I wake up at 6 for my 7am work start but don’t wake up fully until about 10 lol. My days off I sleep in until 830-9 and I’m more productive on those days. Love your apartment, I never experienced apartment living. Went from home to a house lol.
