Yes, it doesn't work with macOS since this disk doesn't have 4Kb blocks and have pretty special controller. You better go with (for example) Western Digital SN750/850x/950 disks that plugs into M.2 PCI-E slots

Yes, work on any Windows machine with at least windows 8.1 or windows server 2012 R2
