Was trying to remember if we had any crazy storms in Indiana that day... and if I remember right, June 2020 was loaded with crazy storms. I took a lot of walks in the evenings after the storms had passed, and then there were some insanely colorful sunsets afterward. BUT... I don't think we had any shelf clouds even remotely like that. That thing is amazing! Same for the lightning in the last couple minutes.

Speaking of crazy storms, New Orleans gets hurricanes. In April 2019 a tornado outbreak hit the Midwest. That widespread thunderstorm came down to New Orleans I think as a derecho. There were no tornadoes in New Orleans that day but there was a little bit of hail that day. New Orleans also gets tornadoes. The tornado in December 2022 did not hit my house.

I own a 2014 V6 Premium. I agree with most of what you said, I still would like to have a V8. Just because most of the people in my town are always annoying with trying to mess with me when I'm driving, wanting to race me. However, it's an amazing cruising car on the highway. But I will say that, surprisingly enough, the car does great in the Illinois winters.

Average Midwestern life. My family is from central Ohio but I currently live in North Carolina. We also get storms just like these but a lot less frequently. Well I've recorded similar storms before but idk if they were supercellecur. The most severe storms we get are hurricanes that occasionally change course and smash into the Carolina coast. But remnants of hurricanes have caused tornadoes here. Like Hurricane Ian. But the last time a tornado hit my area was in 2011 when an EF1 tornado hit some warehouses for the near by military station we have. I don't know much about it though but I think it happened from the same super outbreak that same year.
