Traes un descontrol hormonal. Disminuye el consumo de carbohidratos refinados (galletas, panes, cereales, pastelillos) y elimina los alimentos procesados. Todo eso provoca descontrol en el sistema endocrino por eso el bello facial. Da preferencia a los alimentos naturales, los vegetales verdes y el agua simple.

In India we use termeric powder. If we use it regularly hair won't grow in our face pls try it. Don't put in eye brow.
