You can only get some special McNugget sauces or "exclusive" Taco Bell items, like the Baja Blast Gelato by using their apps. I need to use the Subway one and try their Italian. I hadn't been to Subway for 35+ years now ever since I ordered a steak sandwich with my folks as a kid and saw the worker take sliced steak from a container where it all swam in hot water. The sandwich was my first and last Subway sandwich. When I watch a movie, I don't like the Chik-fil-A app because Paypal didn't work and I was forced to use cash. I always bring a 20oz bottle of soda and maybe a burrito or candy into the movie theater.

I ordered a 6 inch steak today at my local Subway. It was $15 with a small drink. I was still hungry even after finishing :( I am a huge enjoyer of great deals, but sorry Subway I'm not downloading your app. Still left a great tip though

Thanks for the comment. That's strange. I just looked at my app, and it looks like the $6.99 footlong deal is still going on. I wonder if maybe you went to a non-participating Subway? I think they all take the app, but if it's a non-participating Subway, they would probably charge you full price. I talk a little bit about this in the video - about this current offer and also coupons. It's frustrating because it seems that the owners can go back-and-forth at their own discretion on whether they want to be participating or non-participating stores. I personally think that they all should be participating stores when they run a deal like this. They all are Subway restaurants and they all represent Subway so they should all take the offer.
