LameFlame you could go to careers.microsoft.com and look at Xbox job applications :) they have list of requirements, thou I hope that you live in a country where these jobs are available because there are plenty of countries including mine where there are no available jobs :3 good luck

Would you kindly tell me how Bioshock Infinite isn't awkwardly connected to the other two games through the DLC? I liked the first game, kinda remember the second, but didn't care as much about the third. It came out much different than expected, especially with the tears. I think the game lacked the whole morality system that made the first one interesting, as any choices you make are artificial at best. And the ending is just so confusing. Also, collectibles for achievements =

Probably won't ever happen for the annual sports games in general (Madden, WWE, MLB The Show on PS, NBA 2K, etc)...the various corporations go all-in on the annual installments and stop supporting/updating/developing the older ones. NCAA Football 14 in particular will never be backcompat for the fact that it was the last game made before EA was sued for millions due to using the likenesses of college players, and then losing and having to pay out. EA and the NCAA both have avoided game collaborations like the plague since then, and there seems to be no traction in developing something new until the NCAA changes its rules regarding student-athlete payments. But, honestly, I'd love it if they'd even just allow you to update the rosters year-over-year (even for a minimal charge)...but they definitely won't spend programming dollars to bring it to the new systems.

TinKnight They don't need to update rosters. They can keep the game as is. EA has already paid everybody it's not a new game it's already out. So there should be no problem making the game backwards compatible.

Are you talking about games for gold free backwards compat game? If not you needed to have that game on Xbox 360 in order to play for free on Xbox One (Same Account)

Vânătorul Întunecat to download games with gold backwards compatible games on Xbox one you sadly need a credit card linked to your account. So either try that or activate the free game on a Xbox 360 and then cancel the download and it will appear in your ready to install list on the Xbox one.

+Spikey 103 If you have it on disc, you'll need to insert the disc into your Xbox One. It'll then download the entire game onto your hard drive. Disc-based backcompat games won't show on the ready-to-install--only those purchased through the Xbox Live Store. Honestly, if you have a large X360 disc library, I recommend going to Xbox's page for the backcompat library (do a Google search)--you'll be shocked at how many of them have snuck in there! Major Nelson also has the list in alphabetic order on his site.

Nice Guy Gamers want to play games, haven't ever seen a gamer turn down a game because it's old. Seems like a bonus to me. You get to play all current games as well as games from the previous generation. I'd feel pretty limited only having access to games on strictly that console. There's gamers that may not have experienced them yet, some that may want to revisit them, without having to purchase an old console or set one back up.
