Funny, I’m the same way with the “not taking enough photos” habit. But honestly, I decided early on that I wouldn’t use burst mode on my camera especially starting out. It really taught me about timing the shot and being extra deliberate in composition knowing that one push of the shutter button will give me only one image. PRO TIP: After ingesting media, rename the folder to anything. When you put the card in the camera it will register as “no image” which acts as a verification that you’ve backed it up. Then just format the card in camera. In larger production environments, you can have the media coordinator rename the folder with their initials for further verification. (This is for Canon but should also work on other platforms as well)
@LDucon5 жыл бұрын
So create a specific new folder, fill it with the images, and rename it???
@mattshilling37405 жыл бұрын
No, just rename the existing folder on your computer. Basically you just need to break the file structure that the camera is used to reading. It will then register in the camera as unreadable “no image” which acts as your confirmation.

My worst habit: Not double checking the layer I’m working on in Photoshop to later realize I did a ton of work on the wrong layer and I really needed them to be separate.
