Y’all needs to keep in mind this houses were build based what was trending back then. Houses of this houses in western countries are sold for over $10 million and it will still need some renovations to bring up to date

In the western countries, they don't just get up and quote houses figures out of thin air like we do in this country. They consider the infrastructures available in the area, ease of traffic, and the wealth of people around the area. The same in Bel Air Los Angeles will not be prices the same as in Las Vegas. Micheal Jordan's mansion is going for $14mil, from $29mil when it was listed years ago, but no in Chicago wants to buy. We need to learn and research well.

I wouldn’t buy this estate. It seems all the former occupants are dead and the house is hunted. I see antiquity everywhere. I rather use the money to build me a brand new home that’s not hunted.
