Now this is just my experience coconut oil is good for my body keeps my body smooth young youthful-looking and everything but it makes my hair on my head really hard so I don't use coconut oil anymore for that purpose, but I do use the argan oil and I use avocado oil which is really really good and I use the Jamaican castor oil its really good as well!

If you don’t like the taste of avocados add a salad dressing of extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar (or fresh lemon juice), salt and black pepper. Delicious.

I just found a raw virgin non processed coconut & avocado oil mix at walmart ( in the cooking organic oil section) i been using it on my hair and face its AMAZING! Quick tip: i used one of my old jamaican castro oil container with the squeeze top dispenser works perfect for disputing it on scalp and throught your hair and on your face:)

I can't put oils on my scalp directly accept for avocado oil it just gives my scalp this soothing warming sensation while other oils clog my follicles its the weirdest thing how it just absorbs into my scalp yet its kind of thick in a way..

I'm that way with coconut oil. My hair/scalp just does not like it in its purest form. Other than that I can apply most oils to my scalp as a treatment. By anything mixed with avocado seems to work best for me at the moment.

before i blow dry my hair i apply the avocado oil in my hair/scalp then blow dryed and did a 2 strand twist after 2 weeks i took it out then wet my hair add the avocado oil, will my hair still be repair and grow?

Coconut oil is not a good moisturizing oil at all. Not for the hair or skin. It is good to prevent infections. I also love ghee and palm oil in my hair as well. Also there e definitely isn’t any Vitamins A and D in Avocado oil. Those Vitamins can only be found in animal fats like tallow and ghee.

Possibly if you wanted to do a deep conditioning/ hot oil treatment. JBCO can be heavy so I wouldn’t recommend being heavy handed if you plan to use it daily. But you can mix put much any carrier oil together, you’d just have to figure out what your hair likes.
