I’m not convinced Hwei or Ezreal are good tbh. I think they are outclassed by many 2 stars which is pathetic considering they are 3 stars. Syndra, Ahri, Zilean, Akali, Nilah are way stronger than those hwei and ezreal.

Agreed. Hitting hwei, morde and ezreal 3 star with 4 vanguard 4/6 blaster feels very underpowered at this moment. Sometimes cant even top 4
