I donโt know what is Vietnam pepper , but guessing as hot as tai pepper or Micronesian pepper? Well, that is good heat. I urge her to explore more hot peppers in this world. I make ghost pepper and Carolina reaper pepper. Habanero is nor mal. Or scotch bonnet from Jamaica
