yo when you said the lights might give off lines while recording use Synchro Scan its a setting on the gh4 i usually start at about 95.6 then figure out what the best setting is from there.

ALASKA'S CHOICE MUSIC VIDEOS Yeah I'm familiar, I shot this on the a6300 tho. Synchro scan is cool, but it only helps but so much when you know at what shutter you want to film at and the lines won't permit it lol.

thanks guys for this video. interesting thing is 'camera settings' for this situations. if you gonna use s-log you will get lots of noise in your footage. If u will not use a PP you will have a small dynamic range. tell more about low light situations. thank you ✋

24fps, 125 shutter I believe.

If you use 1/50 sutter speed you'll get rid of the light refresh flashing, and have natural looking motion blur.

just go to what ever the big hardware store is out there. any place that sells tools paint lumber stuff like that. ask for cheap work lights that come with the clamps. they have a section for work lights and they should have some sort of version of these.

whats up bro. I have a question... im looking into upgrading to a higher quality camera to shoot music videos, i currently use a canon 70D. Im looking at the canon 6D and the sony A7 and the Panasonic GH4. What camera would you recommend? I have canon lenses...

J&N_Adventures gh4 is the best un features but not good and low light works best with $400 metabones, A7 better in low light, when adapting lenses keep in mind slow auto focus (pro video always use manual focus anyways)

J&N_Adventures best bang for the buck if it was me I'd go for sony a6300, fotodiox adapter for your ef lenses, awesome in low light, not as pricey

why did you get the Sigma canon lens and not the Sony one?

The 18-35mm only comes in Sony A Mount I believe, I also come from a Canon mount Speedbooster.
