I think it’s because the phantom’s breaking the pallet right before hell ember land the hit (sorry if i have bad grammar as english is not my first language)

yeah as the guy said the phantom was already breaking the pallet so the pallet hitbox wasn't there anymore to block the attack

Phantom already started breaking the pallet when he hit them It's same as survivors going through pallet that's being broken by hunter

@@Jayrusco mainly because of the addiction causing ??😭🥺 I tried downloading this game once i worked very hard and i successfully downloaded it but main problem is server is also banned but somehow i logged in and play once but when i closed the app i was never able to open it again 😭😭

What does her skill do?

1. She can speed boost herself, but she'll be exhausted for a few seconds after using it. 2. She can reduce the cooldown of other survivor's items. 3. She gives other survivors "encouragement points" (45 at max), they can use the "encouragement points" to either gain short speed boost(costs 5 points, has cooldown for 7 seconds), or self-revive (1st revive costs 28, further revives will increase the price up to 43 points).

​@@itscharlottehongnotfoundan8853 the points will just disappear (in around 10 seconds) if Cheerleader stopped cheering. I'll just add more details while I'm at it; She can only cheers when she has a clear line of sight and near a survivor (she can only do this for one team mate), afterwards she has to constantly stick close to the cheered up survivor or the encouragement will be cancelled. Note that if either Cheerleader or the other survivor gets hurt, the encouragement will also ends.
