Hi Anne, I use to have bad upset stomach because of having too much acidity and I had to take a pill each morning. I started taking a tea spoon of Apple Cider Vinegar that has Mother in it, You can put it in a glass of water with a tea spoon of lemon juice or you just put the ACV in your tea. I have it everyday now and I no longer have to take the medication. Feel great too and sleep a lot better. Great project, thanks

Love it. My brains doing overtime thinking of all the different things I can do with these.
