🐋 6 COASTAL Shore Living DIYS Dollar Tree Beach Summer 2022 (Coastal farmhouse) Hacks

Today I have 6 NEW Shore Living DIYS using supplies from the Dollar Tree. So great for coastal farmhouse or a beach theme.
The first beach DIY is a beach scene canvas makeover. I combine the beach canvas with a framed art piece, therefore framing the beach canvas while adding the word Beach and some seashells.
The next coastal DIY is a Mermaid tail sign. I use a Mermaids have more fun canvas and attach wood mermaid tails. I do a cool technique on the mermaid tails.
The next DIY is a Meet me by the sea beach house. I combine a dollar tree beach canvas with a shore living wood house. I use the shore living stencil to hand paint on the words and finish with a sea turtle.
The next beachy DIY is a rope starfish wreath. I use dollar tree nautical rope and cover all of the wire on the starfish wreath form. I decorate with a dollar tree sand dollar and seashells, finishing it off with a teal tulle fabric on the back.
On to shelf decor, I make a faux wood whale shelf sitter. I use a dollar tree whale mirror. Using card stock, I cover the mirror and paint to look like wood.
The final beach DIY is a meet me by the sea sign. I use craft wood from the crafters square at dollar tree to make a sign and paint it light blue. I paint a seahorse scroll sign from the shore living line at dollar tree and use shore living glass stickers to decorate.

I've REALLY been enjoying your videos lately! For years I've been using coastal decor out in front of my house since I'm 2 blocks from the beach. Recently, I've decided to turn a small bedroom into an office/craft room/guest room as it has a perfect antique coastal hanging ceiling fixture and is at the front of my house, which his blue stucco and has all the coastal decor.

Some of the metal or wood words sold at DT (or removed from signs) are great to use like a "reverse stencil". They're easy to outline, then fill in with markers, and there are even good ways to use them with spray paint. For holiday gifts I personalized door mats for gifts and used some of them.
