Instead of wiping off the mascara and wasting it that way, try pushing the wand to one side of the tube as you are pulling it out of the tube, and that side of the wand will have less mascara on it, while the excess will be left in the tube for future use :P

When the mascara gets dried out, just run it under super hot water for a few minutes. Keep the lid on! The heat from the water will re-liquify the mascara. Makeup is over priced as it is, we don't need to toss it the second it gets dried out. Some formulations are prone to dryness. I learned this a long time ago from reading Cosmo lol!

i've been told that applying a bit of vaseline/chapstick in that area before doing ur foundation prevents the creasing, u should try it!

bake your smile lines! there are TONS of videos on YT if u don't know what baking is. but basically u just put translucent powder on your smile lines after u apply concelaer or foundation there. put a heavy amount over the smile lines. leave it for 5 min. then wipe away. it works great! I do it everyday ...hope this helps.

any where you crease try just doing your foundation and not setting until you finish your eyes, (everywhere i crease is typically already creasing by then) smudge the creasing part out with your finger and THEN set it, baking would likely make it stand out way worse in my experience

I would suggest you to try out another makeup remover. I like the Clinique Take the day off Balm-it removes all the makeup like dream.Also if you use a waterproof mascara,try switching to a regular one.Hope that helps xoxo ❤

I used to use coconut oil on a cotton pad and then wither a toner or micellar water to get rid of the oil xx

coconut or baby oil, don't use a lot over your face because of it being oil. they are good for removing makeup but if your face is already oily I wouldn't recommend. but removing mascara especially if it's water proof the oil will break it down better with less tugging on the eye

Put some coconut oil on them and rub gently in circular motions until the mascara melts off, it will condition and moisturise your eyelashes as well as remove the mascara, then just wash your face with your regular facial cleanser :)

adding a little bit of olive oil to a cotton ball or q-tip works for me, a drop should be enough. if you're using mascara that says on the bottle to use oil based makeup remover, this is an inexpensive and more natural way. just be careful not to get any oil on the eyes as it can make sight a little blurry temporarily due to the slime texture of the oil

Same. I have never had a problem with keeping mascaras for years. I don't wear contacts and I don't have sensitive eyes or allergies so that might be the difference between me being able to use mascara that is 2 years old and someone else. I also have so many mascaras that I will only use one mascara once every few months depending on the look I'm going for. I always make sure to close it really tightly and I don't pump any air into it.

+Brandi Munguia just make sure to clean the brush often it would be a shame to get some nasty germs in there I also find I have slowly adapted to how bad the mascara is getting that I don't realize how good a new one is! However to avoid this I like to sit my mascara in a hot cut of water to heat up the mascara and liquidy Just some extra tips bc I love keeping makeup past its date too :)

I don’t need to curl my lashes... when I put on ANY mascara my eyelashes naturally curls and makes them look strong and thick but healthy. Another trick I do is put vaseline on my eyelashes every night before I go to bed, yes it takes time but it makes a huge difference! Love your videos.

#6 is VERY important, in 6th grade I was having major eye pains and then I popped a blood vessel. The blood vessel send me to the Eye Doctor where I learned (unrelated to the popped blood vessel) that I had abrasions. It was caused by the old mascara flaking into my eyes, then I would think my eyes were itchy and rub them (gently and with clean paper towels) but even then I scratched them. Due to the flakes moving and scratching the first protective layer of my eyes. Your eyes are very sensitive and you should be very careful with mascara and the dates. Just a little urge that you shouldn’t not ignore #6!

Tip: If you tend to go for the long lashes rather than thick you should start by applying mascara on the tip of the lashes slowly and believe me your lashes will be so much longer,specially if you use the right mascara for lengthening

2:26, I normally just blink whenever I apply mascara for the first coat, and I go behind my lashes and roll upwards to the tips if I want more volume (for me, it separates my lashes 👍)

For number 3, you should only be removing excess mascara on the tube of the bottle, because then your just wasting the product by wiping it off on your hand or napkin. Also, the napkin fluff will get into your mascara, which will make it worse and dry out the product faster.
